The loft area features 2 queen futons.  Between the loft
area and the 2nd bedroom is a full bath. There's also a
half bath down stairs just off the kitchen area. Enjoy
preparing your favorite meals in this fully equipped kitchen
with microwave and dishwasher. When it cools off in the
evening retire to the large living area and cuddle up to the
warmth of a wood burning stove or gaze at the flame in the
pellet fireplace.  When fire conditions permit you can sit
around the fire pit out side and roast marshmallows.  Off of
with beautiful views of the mountains. Great open floor plan
with large kitchen and nice living, dining area.  2 TV/VCR's
(good for movies only). Large open deck with gas BBQ.

from front door to over 80 miles of groomed trail heads.
